Bought a package tour in Tenerife.
- No one met us at the airport of arrival. We went to different windows ourselves and pestered people with a question, but if, by chance, our names were on their transfer lists. The company that was indicated in the transfer voucher was not at the airport, there were no signs or windows. From the seventh time we were lucky. Comrade Christopher Stark was glad that we showed up, said that it would be better if we spoke German rather than English, but, in general, he was positive and friendly. He handed the advertisement, offered to call, if anything, and indicated the direction of movement to the common bus for all operators to the north.
- At the hotel, the manager told us that our reservation was not. More precisely, it was, but it was canceled. Offered to pay for the room. By Kiev time it was already more than 10 pm, the operator's office did not answer, our agent could not do anything. She offered to check it out in the morning, which we did. Paid per night for a room and settled. In the morning the hotel returned the money to the card and informed us that the reservation had appeared. And nothing else foreshadowed problems if it weren't for a one-week reservation. And we took a tour for two.
All week, with the help of our agent in Kyiv, we tried to squeeze a normal reservation out of Hispatour, they sent us fake vouchers that were either canceled or did not enter the system at all. I called the hotline, heard literally "don't worry, you can rest easy" and all this with a laugh. And how calm if we were told at the reception every time "your reservation is still not there." At the end of the week - "unfortunately, paid until Friday", etc. Hispatura manager did not hesitate to write to the agent that we were lying.
In general, not a single operator in our entire 20-year tourist life has spoiled our vacation so much.
