Very poor organization of tours

I applied for services to the travel agency "Iris" with the intention of visiting the island of Khortytsya. The trip was scheduled for 08/13/2011. At the request of the manager of the company, she made an advance payment on 08.08.2011. The staff of the agency assured me of the reliability of their company and the quality of the services provided. Unfortunately, everything turned out to be far from as rosy as they were told.

On 11.08.2011 Alena, the manager of the firm, confirmed the date and time of the trip. On 12.08.2011 at 12.00 a phone call rang and a representative of this company said that the trip would not take place and was postponed for 2 weeks. Considering that I was organizing a trip for myself and my friends to celebrate my birthday, to put it mildly, I was upset and asked for a refund of the prepayment. They promised. But after 5 minutes, a call with an "instruction" to pick up the money in 5-6 days. To my question: "Why?quot;. Answer: "We can't get the money today from the bank. And when we can - we don't know" and a long story describing the complexity of the process. I will make a reservation that I work as an accountant, and I know the procedure for obtaining cash in a bank firsthand. To my objections that these are all excuses, unintelligible answers.

Conclusion: a spoiled mood, as a result, an unorganized birthday celebration, it is not known how much "lost" money, and a disrespectful attitude towards their customers.
