Briefly: the tour was in July 2011, the organization of the trip was an unpleasant surprise. Information about changes in transport was reported literally before departure - the train was earlier, so we had to wait for other tourists in Chop. Minibus across Europe instead of a normal big one. The driver did not know the route and wandered along the roads for hours, taking away valuable time for tourists. The return tickets turned out to be with the guide of another group, which was delayed at the border with Hungary, so we were not allowed to board the train for which we paid for tickets. We got to Kyiv on the bed-carriers - by bus to Lviv, then on the side seats in the reserved seat. Upon arrival, it was as if we didn’t rest at all! There was no desire to solve all problem situations on the part of the company. The question arises: does Incomarthur really care about his reputation?
