Travel agency: Инкомартур 93 Туроператор (Kyiv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
We returned from the "Breath of the Sea" tour on July 31st. The tour was organized jointly by "Inkomartur" - "Artex". "Organized" - probably not the right word ... I have never had such a terrible vacation. The group was small, only 13 people. And that number determined the whole trip. It all started with the fact that only part of the group traveled together from Kyiv. We arrived in Chop at 7 am and had to wait until 12 noon for the rest. Because there were few of us, we were given not a comfortable 2-story bus, but a Mercedes sprinter (we have such minibuses). We tried to change the bus, arguing that we paid the agreed price and no one warned about the small number of the tour. Guide Daria Tregubova - from Artex, and all the tourists were from Inkomar. We were given a driver by a Slovak who did not understand (or pretended not to understand) Russian. He didn't know the way, he communicated with the guide practically with gestures. Every 40 minutes, he arranged 10-minute "technical" stops ... As a result, we wound circles, we arrived at the 1st hotel at 12 o'clock in the morning (and this is considering that we were already on the road for many days!). Throughout the tour, we were regularly late for excursions, we had to run about 1 km more to the meeting point with the local guide, because "you can't drive there"! A hotel in Croatia cannot be called anything other than a barn! Rooms without a balcony, with windows under the ceiling overlooking the road... As a result of the scandal, we still changed 2 rooms for 1 triple room with a balcony... On the way back, when, it would seem, all the problems were over, it turned out that our tickets for the Chop-Kyiv train are not with the guide, but in another group that is stuck on the Hungarian border. We were literally thrown out of the train! The guide did not say that she had no tickets in her hands! It turned out that the ticket was a group ticket, and the five of us were added to another group on another tour! And the guide has money to get to Uzhgorod or Lviv and somehow get to Kyiv, only 100 (!) Euros! For the whole group! And the taxi drivers asked for some reason !!!!!!!!! much more! We had to wait for the group that had our tickets to catch up with our train! But the Hungarian driver did not have travel documents for Ukraine, and we ended up missing our train to Lviv. In the end, we finally got to Kyiv on the messengers, but the view that you fell out of the seated car in Kyiv clearly did not indicate a vacation ...
I didn’t see a single negative review on the Artex website, I think that my admin will cut it out too! On the Inkomar website, the forum is generally closed!
People don't go on this tour! Read reviews online! Save your money, time and nerves!
