Salute, Europe long

Long chose where to go for the first time in Europe. The choice was made on the tour "Salute, Europe. Long" from Incomarthur. The tour started on 05/25/2012 and ended on 06/14/2012. It included: Budapest (bonus for fast border crossing, actually it was not in the plan), Vienna, Baden-Baden, Strasbourg, Paris (3 nights ), Spain's Costa Brava (8 nights), Genoa, Venice. We chose a tour with the possibility of relaxing at sea for about a week. The whole organization of the tour is beyond praise. The hotels are clean and comfortable. There are small rooms in Paris, but in the Manmart area. The super guide was very interesting all the way, he made films, he conducted excursions not by standard routes, but by his own developed ones. People from our group, who have been to the same Vienna more than once, said that they saw something that no one had shown them before. The guide also helped us in ordinary everyday situations (to help order lunch, buy medicines, give advice and draw a walking route on the map in his spare time), he very quickly somehow made friends with 40 people of completely different and unfamiliar people and we became one . It was a pity to part with the group in Spain, because. the bulk of the group in Spain was only 4 nights. Several people connected us with the "Sonata of the South" group, the guide was different, a little worse in personal communication, but there was also a lot of knowledge, he gave out a lot of interesting information, but there was not that warmth and friendliness of the group. Our group had a test, a car crashed into our bus, which lost control. Only thanks to the professionalism of the drivers there were few victims. Three people ended up in the hospital with serious injuries. I spent 11 days in the hospital, the Italian hospital of the district town is a separate issue, I could not imagine even in a dream that this could be so. I had an operation. All the time, representatives of Incomarthur supported me and my family, helped to storm the insurance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, seeking help in my return to Ukraine. After all, the insurance company refused to provide a refund, it turns out that the contract says that either emergency care and treatment, or return home. Rave. The insurance company was just rude. All the time Incomartur kept in touch with the consulate in Milan. And only thanks to the perseverance of my relatives, Incomartura, the Foreign Ministry officials got off the ground. Many thanks to the representatives of the consulate in Milan (Sergey Vladimirovich - consul, Alena and driver), who took me from the hospital and escorted me to the airport, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The tour operator still calls and asks about my health. Thank you all for your care, warmth, understanding and help. After all, it is very scary to have an accident, to end up in a hospital in a foreign country even without knowing the language. Now I will travel only with Incomartur, they are reliable, they do not leave their tourists in difficult situations (as the insurance company did), they have amazing guides. Despite the fact that this terrible story happened to me, I still have great memories of the trip, because I didn’t get only to Venice. Incomarthur showed his best side. THANKS.
