Olga Tur is the number one manager in terms of boorish attitude

Good afternoon! I didn’t want to write this review for a long time, because I don’t like to complain about someone. But in order to warn you if you want to become a client of the company and in particular work with Olga.

I booked a New Year's tour in Germany, but there was little time left to open a visa ... exactly one month. It was my first Schengen and it entailed certain risks for refusal. Olga convinced me that I need to pay for the tour right away, otherwise there will be no more places. But if they refuse me, no one will return the money. There was no protection for me as a client of the company. And not only that, she was rude all the time. Either I called at the wrong time, didn’t ask, or she just wasn’t in the mood to talk.

I also had troubles at work, because I had to ask for time off all the time. Because he prefers to go home early.

It's been a terrible month working with this manager. In general, if you have already paid a full prepayment for a ticket, then everything else is your problem.

P.S. left a very unpleasant aftertaste after the design of this tour. I will now go around this company 100 times. And moreover, that Incomartur's prices are twice as high as those of other companies and they have such a "miracle" that ruffles your nerves for your own money.
