Terrible organization and irresponsibility

My wife and I booked the tour "Czech Republic + Berlin", in the program of which there are visits to the Detenice castle. The manager Tatyana Stepanyuk assured me very warmly on the phone that it was Image Travel that organized this tour, there was no need to worry about the tour. A week before the tour, I called Image Travel and found out that Tatyana had gone on vacation, she had transferred her affairs to another manager who did not know anything about me and my wife, Tatyana Stepanyuk did not transfer our documents with her wife. After several days of searching, the documents were found and we were told that we could go to Lviv, where we would board the tour bus. Arriving in Lviv, when boarding the bus, we found out that we were going to another tour with another tour operator, namely the Mini Europe tour of the tour operator Tatur. And no notice of change or apology from Image Travel. If you do not want to buy a pig in a poke, do not use the services of Image Travel, and if you decide to take a chance, double-check every word that Tatiana Stepanyuk said or wrote to you in the mail.
