The organization of the trip is disgusting (I had to run around to print documents myself on the day of departure - it's a nightmare !!!)
Moscow partners - the host side is careless, undisciplined (the guide-escort was late for about 40 minutes !, the planned paid excursion did not take place!)
The living conditions did not fully correspond to the promised ones (the RAMN *** hotel - a barn, a pigsty, the rudeness of the staff is simply amazing !!!)
I DO NOT ADVISE TO CONTACT THE "Imagin Travel" travel agency Iskrovskaya, 18. Cinema "Sputnik" (Solomenka)
