No Image Travel!

Dear tourists! If you want to have a good rest, do not ever contact Image Travel, and especially the manager Inna! I was not lucky to contact them at the end of 2011 and get a ticket! At first I was going to go to Turkey to celebrate the New Year and signed an agreement for early booking back in October. But in mid-December, they told me that the tour would not take place due to a shortage of the group and they offered to either take the money or choose a tour (moreover, ski resorts were offered, although I warned that I was not interested in them). I chose a trip to Italy. My manager Inna misled me about the seat on the bus (I wanted to clarify whether there would be a seat by the window or not, to which she answered me that it didn’t matter, whoever takes it first, well done!!!!) The place turned out to be at the aisle, a trifle, but unpleasant! When it came to celebrating the New Year, she said that it would be known almost on the bus. I bought euros specifically for the New Year's dinner (since the rate at Accord is not very profitable). On the eve of departure, the "manager" called me back and informed me about the celebration of the New Year. Since I was traveling alone, I was not completely sure that I needed a dinner for 150 euros if I was there alone. Therefore, I asked the organizers to clarify the details.. I was dropped the program of the evening, where it was indicated that the transfer to the restaurant is paid separately, and Innochka suggested that I look on the map how far the restaurant is from the hotel itself! It seems that this is also nonsense, but imagine, before my vacation, I have a fever at work, and I have to sit and calculate how I can get in a foreign country! And the prices for a taxi in New Year's Europe go off scale! One could imagine that I would not be alone, but this star could not even articulately answer me how many people go to the restaurant, and whether there will still be a girl with whom I will live in a room! In short, they dropped my bill in hryvnia, which was simply incomprehensible to my mind, and they told me to pay it on Saturday before leaving! And after Inusya found out that I was not going to the celebration, she began to rudely show me her displeasure in correspondence! So before you contact Image Travel, think very carefully about whether you need extra hassle due to the lack of complete information!!!!
