Decent company, they solve issues as if they are cracking nuts ....

1. We received a mailing list with a profitable offer for holidays in the Emirates. Since we were already planning a vacation in this country, we were hooked.

2. At the first contact with the manager Natalia, we received comprehensive information, and an invoice for paying for the tour. Paid without meeting at the office. On the same day I sent documents for visas.

3. Upon arrival at the hotel, we saw that the hotel was being renovated. The hotel itself carefully hid this, so neither the operator nor the host knew about it. After contacting the hotel manager, nothing has changed.

4. We contacted our manager of the Emerald Dream travel agency, within 2 days the director of the agency managed to move us to a very expensive suite (two rooms), so that you understand we were going to the cheapest room, we were given the opportunity to eat in the lounge area, including alcoholic drinks and 1 spa visit.
