Travel agency "Winter-Summer" Horror! Nightmare! Frayed nerves! Thrown away money!

Winter-Summer travel agency drivers: Vladimir (in green shorts), Eduard (in blue shorts), group leader Svetlana and her companion Bogdan, God bless them, full of thugs, morons, etc.!

I bought a tour to St. Petersburg from July 23, 2012 to July 29, 2012 for 7 days for 2,000.0 UAH.

It turned out on the bus that on the 28th, that is, on the 6th, there were exactly 2.5 days in St. Petersburg! The rest of the time was taken by the road (customs, bus repair, toilets under a bush).

The Yugo-Zapadnaya Hotel, located in the very heart of St. Petersburg, on the second floor, is the most terrible of those that I have seen in 40 years of my life. (Windows overlook a garbage dump, towels washed to holes, mattresses burnt with cigarettes, a hair dryer and a refrigerator in the common corridor in the amount of 1 piece per hotel, the rooms are smoky so that I, a smoking person, could not sleep from this stench, but on the first floor there is a service station and a car wash!)

The program is not organized. They brought you to Peterhof and told you in that direction. They themselves were looking for an entrance, an exit, a guide, tickets, etc.

A sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg was conducted by an old woman who, not only to listen, wanted to kill her, so that she would be silent, if they begged her to stop near Aurora, to take a picture.

We left the group and tried on our own to see and hear something (I don’t know what excursions were included in the price of the tour.)

It seems that the Winter-Summer company: Vladimir (in green shorts like shorts), Eduard (in blue shorts like shorts), the senior of the group Svetlana and her companion Bogdan came to St. Petersburg to swell. Every morning, when leaving for breakfast at the Cafe (the hotel does not provide breakfast), we felt the wonderful aroma of fumes. And to the question, who will carry us, from the drivers, Svetlana reassured us that only one driver drank at night, and the second one was on safety net.

Svetlana spoke with the group on the microphone, only after an e-bottle of beer. In other cases, she hid from us, behind the backs of the drivers. It is simply not realistic to get some information from her. She herself did not understand where she was and what to do.

But I know from the driver Eduard where to hide 7 kg. black caviar, whatever, the customs officers did not find.

When asked to stop the car near the supermarket (to buy groceries on the road), Vladimir said: “I have to leave St. Petersburg at 15-00 and you know this color is purple, so here’s my F I O L E T O V O.”

P.S. Not a serious company. There is no program. There are no agreements with hotels. There are no proper guides. There are no specialists in work with tourists. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WINTER-SUMMER!
