Picked up a tour in parallel in 4 travel agencies, stopped at the proposed "Heat" hotel. Irina is well versed in the hotels of Egypt, where they are, and what a particular hotel has (what service). Paid one week before departure date. We were very satisfied with the hotel and we think to go there again.
