We were going to go on vacation to Bulgaria with my family. I looked through various reviews about travel agencies. I went to different offices, found out the prices ... I wanted it to be cheaper and without deception. I went to Shkolnaya 1. I was greeted by the director of the travel agency, Inessa Olegovna, at the entrance. I offered a cup of coffee, and in a free atmosphere, in a businesslike way, I found out what services I need from a travel agency (although I saw that she was busy solving other issues) But - THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
