We turned on the day of departure in the morning, we were in a hurry - there were no tickets for the train - we bought 2 tickets with my son on the bus (11 years old) 2 seats 1100 UAH to Zhelezny Port. 13 hours of true hell and torment! The bus is old, everything is worn out, the chair on which my son was sitting, it was broken. They take good money, but the bus would just go somehow. The hatches were closed - the stuffiness was unbearable, there was no air conditioning. There was a 2-year-old child in her arms - the manager put her almost on the very back saying "there will be children in front" - as if I were not with the child) I thought that we would die sooner than we would get there. I refused to go back with them. We took the train tickets and had a great trip.
I will never contact them again. And I will not advise anyone. Especially with children.
