Moreover, one of the firms (I will not write the name so that they would not think that this is an advertisement) worked for 5+, Instant response, 3 offers at once that exactly meet the requirements. The rest are lame, and this one is one of them. We bought the tour, we are getting ready to leave. And then the call and very politely (good afternoon, Joy travel agency and blah blah blah), say you don’t buy a tour. I answer honestly and most importantly, also politely. They say they already bought it, they chose another company. And then the tone changes to a rude one, saying that you are shaking our heads and hanging up. And here is the question.
