The first tour, for which an advance payment was given, fell through at the last moment, due to her mistake in booking, and then it began ..... I was offered options without taking into account my wishes, just to sell. For example, by the sea without a shore, with a small child, or a 3-hour transfer from the airport to the hotel, or with a bad rating. Then I accidentally asked about the tour that I chose at the beginning, but at the last moment it fell through, there were no seats on the plane, she forgot to book them, then lo and behold ... the hotel was booked, she simply did not consider it). Being pregnant, I was so nervous that I no longer had the strength to go anywhere. She spoke very incorrectly on the phone, in some places inadequately, constantly interrupted, imposed her point of view, ate to sell something, if only to hurry. There was impunity in her actions. My flight was rescheduled from morning to evening, which I learned from her at 22.00, I miraculously did not sleep, although she herself found out about the transfer at 18.00. The change in the flight was sent to the post office, only after my request. Finding out anything about the flight or hotel after paying the entire amount was very good. difficult because of the rudeness and inadequacy and the regular throwing of the phone.

It was a bad experience to buy a trip with Joy Travell, represented by Tatyana Alexandrovna Kuzmenko.
