The company proved to be inexperienced in resolving the issue .. They paid for 5 stars and settled in 3 stars with a non-working air conditioner and broken balcony doors. The infrastructure of the hotel which was ordered and the housing is terrible with a view of the working construction site. The manager Yana said that she couldn’t decide anything ... there, decide for yourself with a guide ... And then she offered to pay $ 150 from her pocket for 2-3 days before departure ... in hotels ... where we were originally supposed to be settled .. type rooms are all busy
