We bought a tour from them to Egypt at the Dreams Beach Resort 5 * hotel, they advised us as a good hotel, that people came from there satisfied, and in the end we gave the hotel 1 point out of a possible 10. The travel agency worked fine in their direction, there were no air transfers .
