BEWARE OF SCAMMERS TRAVEL AGENCY 'NIKOLAEVSKIY DOLPHIN'

I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards their tourists from a travel agency. 24.08.12 my family and I purchased tickets to the TA "Nikolaev Dolphin", director Sergeeva Svetlana Vladistavovna, site https://sites.google.com/site/dolphinmkua/home

The cost of a three-day tour to the Western Crimea (Okunevka, Tarkhankut) was 650 UAH per person (accommodation in a 2-bed room, hot water, meals, swimming pool, excursions, and, if desired, a boat trip along Tarkhankut 60 UAH).

As a result, we (2 people) are placed in a quadruple room with two more people!! to all requests to relocate us, director Svetlana Vladislavovna, saying that 2 people will live in a quadruple room, and 2 people will live on the street, since they are so capricious, she left in an unknown direction. An hour later, having arrived to take the whole group on an excursion, again hearing our demand to accommodate us, she said that she would now return the money to us and let us go on all 4 sides. After threats from the police, she "took pity" and led us to settle across the road in a private house to a sweet grandmother)) I have nothing against a sweet grandmother, but the conditions that we received, having paid 650 UAH on an equal footing, were simply terrible - a toilet - a rickety shed on the street, a summer shower .. there was no question of any hot water ..

Further, about excursions - they simply didn’t exist - we were brought on the first day to Cape Belyaus, on the second to Tarkhankut, on the third - again to Cape Belyaus (if you wish) for 15 UAH per person ... Why on earth is the so-called excursion at 3 th day became paid, I still don’t understand ...

Now more about Tarkhankut. The proposed excursion at will - a boat trip cost us 10 UAH more (I agree that the money is small, but our group consisted of about 50 people) and they took us for 10 minutes. Cups of love, Big and Small Atlesh were out of the question in principle)

Well, in the end, two people from our group were not taken back to the base from Tarkhankut, because the bus left 10 minutes earlier than the announced time!! the girls walked in the dark through the fields for about 10 km!!! She refused all the demands for Svetlana to go pick up the girls under the pretext that all her 3 drivers on 3 buses were drunk))))

After a "wonderful" three-day vacation, we, as indifferent tourists, wanted to write a complaint against this travel agency, for which we needed copies of payment receipts, which the director Svetlana kindly promised to issue. Upon arrival, all the numbers of the travel agency (office and personal directors of Svetlana) were answered by a young man who simply sent me to my requests to fuck ..

In order not to repeat such situations in the future, because everyone complained about the quality of service of this lady, but quietly and indignantly under their breath, I kindly ask you not to contact the travel agency "NIKOLAEVSKY DOLPHIN" and personally Sergeeva Svetlana Vladislavovna!
