Spoiled vacation.

I fully agree with the previous comments. I have never seen such a rude attitude towards tourists. I love to travel very much, every year I travel to different countries, and at the same time I choose an inexpensive vacation. I have been to many countries, I travel around Ukraine. I love Crimea very much. For two years in a row I went to the Crimea with another Nikolaev company, "Let's go with us." It's a pity that they don't have a route to Tarkhankut. I really wanted to see this wonderful corner of our country. Therefore, we bought tickets to the TA "Nikolaev Dolphin".

There are always little problems when traveling. But when a travel agent treats its tourists with love, tries to solve these problems, tries to make people's vacation interesting and enjoyable, benevolent to tourists, then, even despite minor problems, pleasant impressions remain about the rest. This year, for the first time in 25 years, I met with such a boorish and sarcastic attitude towards my tourists, irresponsibility towards people on the part of the director of the TA "Nikolaev Dolphin" Sergeyeva Svetlana Vladistavovna.

The fact that she lodges in sheds, promising hotels, is true! The terrible unsanitary conditions in these so-called hotels are horrifying! Although in the same Okunevka there are decent private boarding houses at a lower price.

There are no tours. Brought and dropped. Where, what, how, find out for yourself.

It seems that she does not appreciate those at whose expense she lives. "I do not suffer from a lack of clients," Svetlana Vladislavovna told us! People, be careful! Do not buy tickets from this agency! You run the risk of spending your entire vacation in suspense. And in the end, you may be forgotten and you will get home on your own.
