Hello to all those who read my comment! Now, without being too lazy, I will describe what attitude the company "Delta Travel" has towards those who want to go on vacation with this scam!!! And so, I went on a tour of Europe from June 20 to June 26, 2014 (Rendezvous with a taste of chocolate). I will list only the main negative points:
1. The trip did not start at the border, but with a visit to the airport in Lviv to pick up some holiday visas, we lost 4 hours, this is our excursion time, because, according to the norms, drivers need to rest for 8 hours according to the rules. (By the way, when returning, I noticed , if for some reason the bus had been late for several hours, we would not have had time, this is how they open visas in this company! Deportation with consequences is possible)
2. Complete ban on the toilet in the bus (locked). The child whom the mother wanted to take to the toilet was not allowed (after the scandal and the child’s tears, they opened it), after visiting the first country, mother and child were never seen again.
3. The lack of not only hot drinks on the bus during the 6 days of the trip, but also hot water, at least at stops! motivate that this is a violation and there will be fines, nonsense, calculated for those who went for the first time. There and boiling water and the toilet is designed to be used as an ashtray in a car.
4. Illegal landing (like homeless people) of vacationers outside the city, who refused excursions, but will be taken for an additional fee. Although, in the information sheet, visiting cities is included in the fare. By the way, this tour company as an organizer took 500 UAH more from me than, for example, a tour intermediary company in Dnepropetrovsk!! NONSOS, deceit in everything!
5. Extremely nervous atmosphere by the guide, intimidation of vacationers! One grandfather was late, so they didn’t wait for him for more than 5 minutes and left, he got on the morning train himself, and everyone was waiting at the station, that’s the attitude !!!
NOT DEAR HOLIDAY ORGANIZERS, IF YOU DONT KNOW TO ORGANIZE, SO DO NOT TORTURE PEOPLE!!! PEOPLE PAY MONEY FOR A QUALITY HOLIDAY, AND YOU ARE ONLY OBLIGED TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES!!! It turns out that vacationers are like fellow travelers in someone else's bus. (I won’t write how they illegally took an advance payment from me ...) I can wish these employees that your children have such a rest! Hama!!!
