Ruined the holiday for the whole group

Tour "Azure voyage with a holiday on the Ligurian coast" ruined for the whole group. Bus from Budapest airport had to wait 4 hours. Tour of Budapest was not done. The group was taken out for 15 minutes to take pictures with the monument and driven into the bus. The driver drove in circles and couldn't find the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 2 am. In the morning we had to leave for Milan at 8 o'clock in the morning. The driver got lost again and made circles. Couldn't find the way. On the way to Milan, the bus broke down. The whole group stood on the road between cities at +32 degrees. We waited for a new bus for 2 hours. The planned tour of Milan has been cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at midnight. The guide was in no hurry to solve problems with the bus. The entire tour guide gave incorrect information. Every day we returned to the hotel at midnight. The hotel did not provide proper breakfast. They fed horribly. The elevator was broken two nights in a row. Dirty towels that I left on the floor to be changed were hung back on hooks by the workers. I had to sort it out and say that they would give out clean towels. Shampoos and gels were missing in the rooms. Vacation completely ruined. There were no tours for the first two days. The bus was out of order. The seats are broken. The air conditioners worked intermittently. We write Asya as a group a collective complaint. What the money was paid for is not clear.
