Good afternoon! My husband and I went on a bus tour from April 26 to May 3, 2014, the tour was called "Italian Caprice". We ordered a transfer from Kyiv (it costs 10 Euros), our accompanying guide was called Tatyana (a middle-aged woman). The first country in which we lived was Hungary, namely in Budapest at the Hotel Oriental 3 * hotel, the hotel was completely killed, repairs had not been done for 20 years, it was not possible to wash in the shower, the water did not drain, everything was dirty, rusty, in a word, complete complete unsanitary conditions . At breakfast it was not possible to eat anything AT ALL, everything was spoiled or not edible. We additionally took an excursion to Vienna (50 Euro per person). There is no tour, we did not visit either Schonbrunn and Belvedere, that is, we practically did not see Vienna. We spent the night in a hotel in Budapest for 2 nights, and then there was an early departure and we settled in a hotel in Montecatini H *** Delizia & Genovese, the hotel is not bad, neat neat. As for the tour - we were satisfied, but as for the accompanying guide - no. She practically knows nothing, everything she told us ended up being exactly the opposite.
