Terrible group leader Inna spoils the impressions of the holiday

We went to the Czech Republic with Delta Travel on 10/28/10 (we bought tickets at the Stophay Tour company). From the very beginning of the trip, our so-called guide, the leader of the INNA group, spoiled the whole impression. The trip turned into a toilet tour. Her first words on the tour were "you can't use the bus toilet, so be patient until the next stop", which is at least 3-4 hours minimum. People on the bus were constantly arguing about going to the toilet with her, and for the rest of the tour, this was a sore point for many people. Moreover, because of this, stopping for the toilet took at least 40 minutes, since the queue for the women's, as you know, was 20 people each time. Drinking hot tea or coffee, or just giving hot water was problem number two. After all, it seems that it might be easier to give people boiling water by simply clicking on the kettle, INNA answered this question, however, like the others, I warned you tea and coffee only once in the morning, although we drove for more than a day. Our cost of the tour included a free tour of the Jan Becher factory, which was discussed more than once with the tour operator and this attracted us. But as you already understand, there was no FREE excursion, as I understand it, this same INNA decided to earn extra money on us. It seems to be a little 100 kroons per person, which is somewhere around 40 hryvnias, but given that there were 40 people there, you also earned money from us. During the whole tour, INNA, asking questions to people, pretended not to hear their answer and did everything in her own way. On the way back, this "INNA" forcibly woke everyone up at 7 in the morning because she had a planned stop here, and after stopping, instead of letting people sleep, she began stories about the country, and it would seem nothing if she could tell, but she it was HORRIBLE. And when people realized that she herself would not shut up, they began to ask her by the whole bus to put on some kind of film. For example, INNA once asked, "Is anyone listening to me? And in response, one hand raised, and this person asked to make a shelter for need)))" but she continued to chat and chat ...

I liked Prague itself, I will go with pleasure again, but of course not with this company. It is best to go by car, not attached to anything. In Prague, you can freely go even a few people without a guide. There are a lot of Russian-speaking people in Prague everywhere, the language barrier is not particularly noticeable. The most beautiful city. We went to the local Czech zoo, it’s just a bomb, I highly recommend it, it’s better to go in the morning, it’s very big, we arrived at 11-30 and managed to get around until 18-00)))
