01/05/2014 returned from the tour "Visiting Santa Claus". I've never wanted to go home so much. I have never had a worse holiday. The points:
1. The bus was replaced the day before departure. In the morning, the delivery was delayed for more than an hour, the bus is double-decker, for such long distances it is very cramped. People on the bus to the eyeballs. There was only one TV, the image disappeared along the way, not everyone had sound. On the bus, along the way, children repeatedly felt ill, and adults too ... The only good thing on the bus is the drivers!
2. Instead of the declared 1 night move, in fact there were already 3 of them !!! No one provided compensation. Moreover, the representatives of the company in this situation blame the tourists who went to the toilet on the road and the snow on the roads of Lapland, which unexpectedly fell there! From the facts, the passage through the territory of Belarus (from border to border) took 12 hours with a quick border crossing, no rain, snow and ice on the roads.
3. The tour of Helsinki was not even a sightseeing tour. We saw the city passing from the bus. At the meeting point under the bus, I had to wait for the guide, who was 20 minutes late ... But about the guide separately.
4. Overnight stay in Tallinn on the way back was noticed by an overnight stay on the ferry. But, in Tallinn there was a chic three-star hotel, and on the ferry a cabin the size of half a compartment. And at the same time, the travel agency did not have the right to change the hotel for the worse.
5. The declared excursions did not correspond to those actually carried out. The tourists never visited the deer farm, and they paid 40 euros for it, in addition, they also paid for the transfer twice, although the huskies and deer were in the same place.
6. Separately about the guide. Elena Prikhodko - I have never met a more unprofessional guide. There were a lot of conflict situations regarding the quality of the services provided by the company, which it exacerbated in every possible way. She was rude to us, allowed us to turn around and leave while we were asking organizational questions, repeatedly reminded us that we were kind of "freeloaders" and so we were going at cost (the tour with excursions cost 600 euros, not so little), each time she said that she, like everyone else, came with her family to rest (and we thought she was at work). But the last straw was that she took a passport from a tourist as a pledge and simply did not want to give it away, because she did not fully pay for the excursions. Only when the whole bus threatened to call a police squad, she handed over her passport. She deliberately spoke false information about the travel time and arrival time and denied that this time does not correspond to the mileage. The trouble is for those tourists who will go with her.
In the end, 61 out of 63 people on the bus were dissatisfied with the trip. There was even talk of filing lawsuits and litigation.
Insanely beautiful countries and cities, a wonderful idea for a tour, for the most part decent living conditions, but just poor performance, boorish attitude towards people and a waste of money on every corner.
