There has never been a worse New Year!! b!!

The new year was ruined. More precisely, tourists simply - simply did not have the opportunity to mark it.

It all started, as they say, from the very first day of the trip. In the signed contract, the point of departure is: the city of Kyiv, departure by bus on 27.12.13 at 23.00. Approximately 2-3 weeks after the signing of the contract, the manager called and said that the operator had decided to organize a departure from Lviv. Get to Lviv as you wish, but on 12/28/13 at 7.30 the bus leaves. I had to take tickets for the Kyiv-Lviv train, of course, there are no tickets at the box office, so I had to work hard to get them. An information sheet was sent to everyone the day before departure, and from this sheet it became known that the bus in Lviv leaves not from the railway station, but from the Stryisky bus station (it is half an hour away from the railway station). But this is only the beginning. Further, we were late for absolutely all excursions, but not because of unorganized tourists, but because of .... Inexperienced drivers !!! We lost a lot of time while the driver blundered and dodged through the streets of the city in search of hotels or leaving the city on the highway. So, for example, we got out of the city of Cannes for 50 minutes, in San Remo the drivers also got lost, in Figueras (Spain) they also searched for a very long time for the way to the S. Dali Museum. In this regard, the time allotted for excursions was utterly reduced, the guides who were waiting for us were indignant, sightseeing tours took place (ran) in a hurry. It is not clear why we paid 40-45 euros for excursions? For showing us Cannes and Nice in 20 minutes, instead of the prescribed 1.5 hours!!! We didn’t have time for photography or snacking, even going to the toilet was extremely compressed. We arrived in Barcelona for the New Year at 20.45, the guide, who was waiting for our bus for a sightseeing tour of Barcelona, ​​said that her working day was over. The accommodation in the hotel was terrible, for some reason there allegedly were no triple rooms, those who traveled as a family of three were forced to settle with strangers, there were scandals. And this is all 2 hours before the New Year!!! There was no time to wash and change at all, they gave 15 minutes to settle in and go to the toilet. Then they loaded everyone onto the bus and took them, apparently, to Plaza Catalunya for a meeting of NG. The driver got lost in the city again, we did not get to the square, they dropped us off at the parking lot on the port territory and offered to meet NG there. We did not have time to reach Plaza Catalunya and fireworks, we also did not have a festive dinner. In general, the office is terrible, NG was simply taken away from us, no one returned any money. We were also late for our Lviv-Kyiv train and had to take tickets at the station at night and lose money again. We were late through no fault of the long passage of the border, the border was passed very quickly. We just arrived at the border late. Two or three more buses left with us, and everywhere we observed how these buses of ours arrived at the hotels a few hours earlier and started on excursions, and we were late everywhere ...
