On Saturday I returned from the tour “Baltic Express: 5 capitals of the North”, I have a lot of impressions. Looking at the photos, I can't believe I've been there. The capitals of the countries are extraordinarily beautiful, because. the first time I went to the Baltic States and Scandinavia. The fjords are beyond competition, we can say that this is the soul of Norway. Many tourists were inconvenienced - different currencies of countries, but those who had a bank card (more experienced tourists) had no problems buying souvenirs and food. The borders passed very quickly, even for our group leader and drivers, it was a pleasant surprise. The weather was also pleasing. But the behavior of drivers on the tour was annoying, the impression was that they were not at work, but on vacation. They allowed themselves to behave tactlessly with the guides, considering them to be their girlfriends, they were capricious. For tourists being late for 3 minutes in Riga, they raised such a high, as if they were late for a plane. They did not heed the advice of the leader of the group, Elena Prikhodko, constantly trying to prove that they were the main ones on the tour. To which Elena tried to smooth out all the sharp corners, to find a compromise solution, although it looked strange that the fleet workers, constantly traveling with tourists, allow themselves to be driven abroad like that. And the address of the head of the “guys” was not at all annoying, she tried to create comfortable conditions for staying throughout the tour, although she was also in Norway for the first time.

Of course, long journeys were agreed in advance, but stops in the woods on the territory of Estonia and Ukraine are not a level for a travel agency in the capital. It is desirable that the stops be on the territory of roadside cafes, as was the case in Sweden and Norway, where you could wash your face in the morning, have a hot snack, because. many tourists go on tour not from Kyiv, but from other cities of Ukraine. And it is advisable to choose hotels with rooms where the beds are on the floor, and not attached to the wall, because the travel agency employees themselves will not agree to sleep in such a room. The guides were all on the level, they talked a lot, but everything interesting about the country. Svetlana, who gave us excursions in Sweden and Norway, in general, everything was so thought out and worked out that with such a professional you can’t get lost anywhere, even at the North Pole. For which many thanks to them.

I would like to wish the tour operator not to stop there, look for new routes, have good transport, qualified drivers with knowledge of the roads and more kind, attentive, professional leaders like Elena Prikhodko. Grateful tourist.
