Thank you Delta-Travel for a wonderful vacation!!!!!!!!! Firstly, the bus was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, etc. What they write is negative about the fact that the guide does not allow you to go to the bus toilet, he does it right, since he explained in Russian that he will vanish you, he perfectly stopped every 3 hours at convenient gas stations, and who was impatient, they made a stop. Our guide was Vladimir Bugaichuk, a wonderful person, cheerful, sociable, caring, he worried about every tourist, he DOES NOT HAVE RUDE anyone at all, he explained everything perfectly, it was a lot of fun with him on the bus. In general, we really liked the guide !!!!!!!!! Thanks to Vladimir, thanks to him our trip was great!!!!!!!!! Our manager was Olechka Yanovskaya, thank you very much!!!! Very positive, she was just our mother, she saw us off, met us from the bus, she was just smart, there were no problems with her !!!!!!!!! The bus drivers, they were wonderful, you couldn't even hear them, they drove the bus calmly, without incident, they did everything that the guide said! Thank you drivers!!!!!! Now for the hotel. It was called Start ***, but let it not pull for 3 stars, but it was clean, the rooms were neat, cleaned every day, but the towels were not changed, but this is not a problem, thanks to them at all for being there, on two people 4 pieces, with a head they were enough. The breakfast was normal, two types of sausage, two types of cheese, butter, two types of bread, muesli, cereal, jam, buns, milk, tea, coffee, I think it's great. Excursions are interesting, guides too, especially in Dresden and Budapest. So guys, everything went great and why people write nasty things about this company is not clear. DON'T HESITATE DELTA - TRAVEL IS A GREAT COMPANY!!! We traveled 19. 11 - 25. 11. 2011 Kyiv-Prague-Kyiv. Guide VLADIMIR BUGAICHUK. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!! What do you wish!!!
