Traveled with "Delta-Travel" in Italian Caprice. From 12.10-18.10.2012
Went for the first time and I must say that everything is fine. The leader of the group was Alla Gotsur, a very sweet and pleasant girl, she took care of the group in every possible way and generally tried to the highest level. Separately, I want to say a big thank you to the drivers - Grigory and Vyacheslav. Drivers are professionals with a capital letter, they always helped and were very attentive to all tourists.
Personally, next time I will go with Delta, and if you are so picky about toilets, hotels and anything else, then it is better to stay at home.
