In general, in the reviews, there is mainly an emphasis on the unprofessionalism of the guide-head of the group, Inna Mazurina, with which one cannot but agree. By the way, she seems to read these reviews too, and when she was told that she had almost become an "Internet star", Inna replied that there were a lot of "dolbo..bov" on the Internet :) In general, her miscalculations and simply incorrect attitude towards people was described above (toilets, water, tea, etc.), although perhaps this is such a policy of the tour company that saves on everything.
On our tour (November 11, European Caprice), a situation arose when a group did not fill up for an elective course in Munich (cost 50 euros). She offered tourists to pay extra 10 euros and go to Munich. I started to interrogate from the end of the bus, several people there said that they would think and then say. However, already at the beginning of the bus, Inna said that everyone agrees to pay extra and, roughly speaking, they will be rednecks if they don’t pay extra and everyone else doesn’t go. ALTHOUGH everything was completely different, and the whole bus did not agree to pay extra 10 euros. And then she already told everyone that the money for excursions would not be returned, so, roughly speaking, she put people before the fact of an additional payment of 10 euros.
When checking into a hotel, Inna tried to put another man in a room with 2 brothers, that is, people paid for a double room, and she struggled to put a third one in. The men, of course, sent her, but the sediment remained.
We advise you not to take dinner on a steamboat along the Vltava, since it was not very interesting there, but you can go to cool breweries like U Medvedka and eat very tasty Czech cuisine, drink beer and it will cost you much cheaper. If you do not have a good company, you will be frankly bored there. The steamboat has been standing at the locks for a very long time. At this time, you simply watch the back of the boat in front of you. Plus tangible shocks of the entire body.
Another puncture. We all really wanted to see the singing fountains, which were the last of the season on November 13th. For greater comfort (to be taken and picked up from the fantans), we paid 15 euros each, although the entrance to the fountains costs 200 crowns (less than 10 euros) and, in principle, we could go there ourselves (metro + 1 tram stop). The fountains were supposed to take place on the same day as Munich. Therefore, Inna told the tourists who were not going to Munich "to stand facing the railway station and wait for her there." In fact, it is very difficult to understand where to get up, since the old station building, where she was supposed to meet us, was under reconstruction and in general to understand that it is simply unrealistic from this side of the station + it is also impossible to get to this place from the metro due to reconstruction . In the end, most tourists simply did not understand and waited for her elsewhere. Inna didn’t care, she didn’t even go looking for these tourists, but simply ordered the bus drivers to go. Further worse - having arrived at the fountain, we saw the last minutes of the performance, and were waiting for our session. However, after a few minutes, Inna came up and said that this was the last performance of the year and there would be no performance at 10 o'clock! how and in what place she learned about this session remained a mystery. Well, at least she returned the money and handed us a waffle each.
I want to immediately warn tourists when traveling to Dresden. Inna will tell you that a ticket to the Dresden Gallery costs 10 euros + 3 euros for museums of weapons and porcelain + 5 euros for a guide. You can cooperate on the bus yourself, gather a group of 10 people and buy tickets yourself for 9 euros instead of 13. Inna also offered us a guide in Dresden, he was just super, but you can also take an audio guide for 3 euros. Thus the Dresden Gallery will cost you 12 euros instead of 18 euros. Here is such an elementary economy.
There were also positive moments for which I want to say thank you:
- to the guide Girold in Dresden - VERY interestingly told, really remains in memory
- drivers who very quickly drove us from Prague to Vienna, and then home. If it was written in the information leaflets that we would be in Kyiv only at 20-00, then we arrived at 15-30. Thank them!
- Night view of Budapest. On the way from Vienna, we drove through the deserted streets of Budapest around midnight, thank you, we realized that this city is really worthy of our attention.
- thanks to Olga, an employee of Delta Travel, who was very attentive to tourists before the trip.
In general, the tour for such money fully justifies itself. Prague is just a fairy tale! If the group leader were to be changed (and where did Delta Travel get her) ...
