Elena Prikhodko is an excellent leader!!!

Before traveling with Delta Travel to the Scandinavian countries, it was a little scary, and I read reviews about the company on various sites, among which there were some that were not very optimistic for me. But I was attracted by the low price and the opportunity to visit 4 countries of the North at once. There were no special problems with paperwork, but the day before departure, another certificate was needed, which miraculously managed to get and deliver on time. The bus we got was comfortable, the drivers are experienced, the cabin is clean and warm. But all of us were just lucky with a great team leader - Elena Prikhodko, a qualified, sensitive, attentive employee of the company, about which I had read so many nasty things that it was rather dumb to go. Lena explained everything, looked for an approach to everyone, listened to wishes, advised. Therefore, the ride was calm and confident. Our cruise was called "Baltic Cruise", we visited Tallinn, Helsinki, Turku, Stockholm, Riga. The route was well thought out, the rest and excursions were rich, Lenochka was just lovely!!! Our guide, who accompanied our group abroad, Irina, also turned out to be a sweet, kind, bright woman, answered all questions, shining with deep knowledge of history, culture, architecture and aesthetics. I was very impressed by the stay on 3 ships. This, of course, you just need to see, words cannot convey this beauty. In general, the holiday was a success!
