Delta-Travel Accompanying Inna Marurina - NIGHTMARE!!!!

Good afternoon everyone.

I want to share my impressions about the tour "BALTIC EXPRESS: 4 CAPITALS OF THE NORTH Tallinn-Helsinki-Stockholm-Riga". The tour itself is good, interesting ... if not for INNA MAZURINA!!! She just doesn't want to work with people. Constant excuses that she herself went for the 1st time, that she doesn’t know anything, she can’t help in any way.

She immediately said that get ready to drive through the territory of Belarus and not only, without sanitary stops (about 600 km), as there is nowhere to stop. I went to Belarus, but there are not many gas stations, but they ARE!!

I immediately said that tea / coffee is only 1 time there, and 1 back, given that it takes 1.5 days to go there. and scolded those tourists who simply asked for hot water - this is a NIGHTMARE. on the way back, we ourselves stocked up on tea, cups, sugar, spoons (she had 1 spoon for everyone !!) and asked only for boiling water, to which the answer was: we had already resolved this issue only once tea / coffee, although we asked for water - after all, this is not a problem (it heats up automatically during the ride).

for example, in Riga at the river station, we passed a counter with free maps of the city, tourists took it for themselves. Then, on the bus, Inna, with an expression on her face, as if everyone owed her, announced that she should not do this, but she could distribute these cards to us !!!!!!!

She also drove everyone to a sanitation stop in the rain, in the forest at night (nothing was visible) - while she changed clothes in the WC in the warmth and dryness on the bus. The answer to our dissatisfaction was - you saw that there was not a single parking lot along the road, I told you that you can change clothes on the bus ... but after 15-20 minutes we passed a big city (probably Vilnius) with many gas stations. But drivers have GPS and they know that soon there will be a city where EXACTLY there are normal gas stations, and not a forest in heavy rain.

She dropped people off the bus (they didn’t pay for an additional excursion, but just wanted to drive a little in the city on our bus. Everyone who paid asked her not to drop the guys off, not to stop, not to waste all. But she basically stopped the bus and dropped the guys off for 500m to the general stop, although the whole group did not mind that someone would just drive up).

There are many more examples of her "desire" to work on the tour, but I think everything is clear.

In general, the Baltic States, Sweden, vacation on ferries - SUPER!!! I advise you to go ... but not with Inna Mazurina, and not with Delta Travel !!!
