It was in this agency that I had no comments. The quality of the transfer is relatively normal. We didn't have any transfers or delays. But on the spot, the hotel guide did not even come to us, not to mention the offer of sightseeing trips. In general, we were initially settled in the wrong hotel and we walked for half the night. There were no rooms in our hotel, although we specified this to everyone in advance. We still had the rest. We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but with scandals we were later moved to another place, to Cleopatra, if I'm not mistaken.
