Good day. It never came to the purchase of the tour because of the attitude of the manager girl. I didn’t even recognize the name, because I was confused due to the attitude to work in the service sector that was unacceptable to me .. I only remember that the blonde, at the entrance to the office, is right and right.
The girl did not express any interest in buying a tour for me and in providing any advice. If the tour is not a package tour, they require money for the miscalculation, supposedly, this amount is taken into account when booking. Moreover, they turn out to be guided by the price segment. But based on the remark that the company works only with certified hotels, and not some hostels, in which I may agree to live, according to the girl, I think that the results of the miscalculation would surprise me ((
At the end of the conversation, I was generally advised to go and look for a tour elsewhere, where there is a free miscalculation.
Obvious rudeness, unprofessionalism, attitude "haughtily" - these are the dominant characteristics of this travel agency. I have worked with different agencies before, but this is the first time I see such an attitude(
As a result, I will never order anything from them, and I do not advise others!
