I do not recommend anyone to use this company. We worked with the manager Alexandra Zolotoverkh. Booked UAE for 7 nights, paid on time. The day before departure, the tour operator "Last Tours" gave us a voucher for a settlement for 6 nights. At the same time, the manager Alexandra Zolotoverkh commented "it's okay, wait in the hotel lobby"!!!! This despite the fact that the departure was at 3.20 am, and check-out at 12.00.
Our complaints to the director did not give any result. Now we will turn to law enforcement, regulatory authorities and the court.
So, thanks to this travel agency, our vacation was ruined !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
