We decided to go on holiday to Egypt. We have been looking for a good travel agency for a very long time. We went around a lot of travel agencies around the city, but not everywhere they arranged prices, because our budget was limited and the attitude towards the client, which is very important for us, did not suit us everywhere. Friends advised me to contact the Hot Tours network travel agency, which is located at the address: Nikolaev, st. Dekabristov, 28-a, where managers Ksenia and Marina work. We reviewed many options, they approached this very patiently and responsibly, which was very pleasing. They picked a very good option for us, which was invested in our budget. After prepayment, we waited for a call back to pick up tickets. I really liked that they call and worry about the client, not all travel agencies have met this. They called us the day before, they reminded us that we need to leave today so that we don’t forget :) We were very surprised that upon arrival they called us back during the day and asked how we were met, what conditions we had (whether they corresponded to what we heard from them and we were told). In general, a lot of only positive emotions. We recommend to everyone the network travel agency "Hot Tours", at the address: Nikolaev, st. Decembrists, 28-a. We decided for ourselves that we would only cooperate with this travel agency :)
