I want to write a few negative lines about this travel agency.

I, Perevedentsev Ilya Viktorovich, manager of the hotel "On Saperny" in St. Petersburg. On July 23, 2012, the hotel received an application from the Horlivka Travel Bureau for booking a double room from 27.07 to 30.07.2012. To Kolesova Olga Viktorovna BA 365975 03/078/1970 and Kolesova Ksenia Sergeevna born on 10/18/1996 The application was signed by the director of the Bureau Petruk Irina Vladimirovna. The hotel issued an invoice that was not paid. The guests who arrived were accommodated on the basis of a letter of guarantee signed by the same Irina Petruk. The guests lived and left. After that, there was a series of letters and calls to the Bureau demanding payment of the bill. At first there were answers with promises to pay, then they stopped answering letters and phones. It is unpleasant to deal with such unscrupulous people as Irina Petruk.
