Review of the travel agency Global Tour

We were not satisfied with the fact that we chose one, and the agent provided a completely different set and booked. Then they put before the fact that they booked another one, but they said that it was a mistake and not their fault. But in the end, the operator generally suggested the third and went there, I don’t know where. And they were very dissatisfied with where we came. It just turned out to be some kind of nonsense and for the price, which did not at all correspond to the rest. Everything was great with the flight, everything was on time, there were no delays or transfers. The travel agency offered us excursions, but we did not use them. Next time I will be more careful about the choice of the tour. I'd rather pay extra than actually deal with this agency. If there is a large influx of tourists, this does not mean that you need to ignore customers and provide them with everything in full. And if the client complains about something, then you need to respond, and not just delete and block.
