We bought a ticket to the Crimea, the place turned out to be really good, but this is only the merit of the staff. The agency didn’t warn us of anything that was necessary, they didn’t give out a voucher, a young girl0 - the manager said that it wasn’t boring! The main travel document is not needed! No one said that it was necessary to book in advance at the restaurant for the New Year, there were no places upon arrival, thank God the administrator turned out to be the kindest person and tables were delivered to us literally 4 hours before the holiday.
