I was interested in a tourist trip in this agency, I wanted to go on vacation. But I did not like how they work here and I did not ask them for help in arranging the tour. They demanded 100% payment and won the dollar. This is not the case with other agencies. Here is my wife went to another agency, she paid 10%, then another 10% and all, my girls have vouchers and they are already flying in 4 days for vacation. And here they asked for 100% payment and had to wait 2 months. This is not done. I said they were wrong and didn't talk to them anymore.
