I picked up the tour myself, I came to the agency only to draw up documents. Given that the agency has not done any work on the selection of the tour, I can rate their work on 5 out of 10, I have no comments to the agency. Everything was on time with the transfer. We were accompanied at the hotel by a guide - a representative of the tour operator ANEX TOUR, I am very pleased with him, he said: "if you do not buy from me a tour, you will not get anything at the hotel." This trip is our honeymoon, so we did not get anything from the hotel that we were promised.
