I was interested in a tourist trip in this agency, I wanted to go on vacation. But I did not like how they work here and I did not ask them for help in arranging the tour. They demanded 100% payment and won the dollar. This is not the case with other agencies. Here is my wife went to another agency, she paid 10%, then another 10% and all, my girls have vouchers and they are already flying in 4 days for vacation. →

I picked up the tour myself, I came to the agency only to draw up documents. Given that the agency has not done any work on the selection of the tour, I can rate their work on 5 out of 10, I have no comments to the agency. Everything was on time with the transfer. We were accompanied at the hotel by a guide - a representative of the tour operator ANEX TOUR, I am very pleased with him, he said: "if you do not buy from me a tour, you will not get anything at the hotel. →
