We bought a tour to Thailand from the Gamaliya travel agency, at first we liked everything very much, they offered us a discount, the manager seemed like a very nice girl. This is just the beginning! At the first stage (paperwork, meeting at the airport) I can’t say anything bad. "Interesting" began with a hotel in which we were not settled. Rather, they settled, but in a hotel of a lower category than we paid, which, moreover, was under reconstruction. From the 10th time we got through to the manager, she offered to move to a 2 * hotel, despite the fact that we paid for 4 *! They refused, we were told that we were showing off, the manager sarcastically noted that she could not fly in and spray air freshener in the room. After a 2 week "wonderful stay" in a terrible hotel, it's time to fly home. About the bus that was supposed to take us to the airport, we were told at the reception, but somehow strange: according to the receptionist, she was told that he would be at 5.25 in the morning. When we gathered in the lobby (and there were 2 children with us), there was no bus. When we once again tried to find out when the bus would be, they grunted to us that it was at 5 in the morning and this is already our problem that we did not have time. I had to take a taxi at my own expense! The manager of the travel agency, of course, did not pick up the phone, they phoned her only in Ukraine to “thank you for the care”, so she said something like “For that kind of money, they would keep quiet and not complain.”

We haven't experienced so much negativity in a long time. We won't go to this tour company again. A cunning thoughtful office that does not worry about its tourists and its image.
