We bought a tour to Montenegro 1.5 months before departure (!). 4 days before departure, we accidentally found out that the plane was canceled, and they didn’t even call us. They offered to fly from Kharkov or Zaporozhye, but they didn’t tell me how to get there. We argued for a long time with the manager for Montenegro (Vlada, Kyiv office), the boorish one is still the same. She offered to take the money. But we didn't give up.
After long negotiations, they bought us tickets (with difficulty) for a train to Kyiv, booked a plane from Kyiv to Tivat. Moreover, at first they said to buy train tickets themselves, they say, we will compensate later. As a result - charges for 3.5 hours before the train, spoiled the beginning of the holiday. We arrived and flew normally, but the whole vacation was shaking, because. we did not know how we would go home from Kyiv.
The travel agency is just awful, I do not advise you to contact !!!!!!
