We bought the tour "Slovakia - the gate to the oasis". We wanted to have a good rest in the mountains. They promised a 3 star hotel in the mountains. Got a 1 star hostel in Poprad. It was very cold and damp in the "hotel", there was never anyone at the reception. Our group leader turned off the phone, i.e. it was impossible to get through to anyone.
The travel agency was engaged in the submission of our documents for a visa. They filed documents for us not as a family, but separately - on one day of one spouse, on the other day of another spouse with a child. As a result, we were given different visas with different lengths of stay.
The head of the group, Vladimir, the person knows something, tells, but is incompetent in organizational aspects. Several times the bus left the stops without waiting for all the tourists. People had to run after the bus.
The bus itself was not very comfortable, although clean. The seat goes down just a little, the legs do not fit ...
In general, we are dissatisfied with the travel agency, we will not apply again.
