August 16-18, 2016 had to become a client of the "Gal Cruise". We were returning from vacation in Greece. We were given a Neoplan bus number BC8345EA, which arrived in Greece with a broken air conditioner. The bus was much narrower than the one we went on vacation. The legs had nowhere to go, so they were very swollen. A 30-year stay on a bus on a route of 1,600 km in the summer heat with 100% filling has become a real hardship. And among the passengers were children and the elderly. We did not receive any apologies from the accompanying person, nor did we receive any explanations for the situation. Moreover, he brazenly ignored a collective petition signed by 26 people (children not included) and stopped announcing the length of stops and location at the end of the trip.
In addition, three passengers were dropped off with luggage on the outskirts of Ivano-Frankivsk at 2 am, including a 92-year-old woman who had to travel to Rakhiv. It was possible to deliver them to the railway station. All this indicates a boorish attitude towards customers who pay a lot of money for services rendered, if you can call it that. Rather, it is a payment for bullying you. Come out something like masochism. I believe that such operators should be punished by revoking their licenses and transferring them to transport people to field work within the district. It is unfortunate that Gal Cruise, having regularly visited Europe, has not learned the European attitude to its work and to its clients. This trip has leveled all the positives gained during the holiday and I would like to forget it as a terrible dream, but indignation prompts me to write these lines and to warn others against similar companies.
If the "Gal Cruise" had respect for people and cared about its reputation, it would have to apologize to the passenger in person, not to mention the material compensation for moral and physical abuse.
