Excellent tour organization!

I took a sightseeing tour of Prague-Vienna for the weekend from 08/22/13 through the tour operator Gal-Cruise. Very satisfied with the trip. Quite often I travel around Ukraine and abroad, there is something to compare with. I liked the organization of the tour, everything was clear, on time, everything was explained and explained, all questions were answered, there was no ignoring (I had such a bitter experience). The border crossing took an average of 1.5 hours, which is quite fast. The organization of the tour largely depends on the group itself and the accompanying guide. Fortunately, the group was organized and many thanks to our guide - Andrey!!! Along the way, he constantly told interesting facts about passing cities, about places of stay. Sanitary stops were made every 3-4 hours. We lived at the Juno hotel, 5-10 minutes to the metro, near the market. The hotel is a standard European 3*. Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet, food is enough, there was plenty to choose from. The bus, of course, is not a luxury class, I would like to be more comfortable. I really liked the drivers - they responded to every request of tourists.

And the travel agency itself - Your Tour (Kyiv), through which they bought the trip, did not like it very much. Usually I read reviews before buying, this time everything was bought in a hurry, after the purchase I decided to look at the reviews. Hair stood on end, the panic was terrible, but there was no turning back. Then she clarified through which tour operator we were going - I read reviews about them, there were also a lot of unflattering ones, I was even more upset. But, there are no complaints about the tour operator. But in the Travel Agency Your Tour they are very unfriendly towards tourists, they answered questions like robots. They said the results of the visa would be in a day, but no one told us, and when we called them to clarify, in a rude tone - look at the mail, but I never received anything. To which they answered me - that I did not give them my mail, although when filling out their questionnaire I indicated it there. And a friend at work does not have access to personal mail, although she was sent. Usually, TFs call back tourists and report the results, but here everything had to be drawn out, they were not at all interested. Through them there is no longer a desire to ride, although everything was fine.
