Do not contact these scammers! The director of the Gal-Cruise travel agency - Irina Maskal is really a professional, but, unfortunately, not in tourism, but in fraud. In January 2016, I paid $ 730 for a 6-day pilgrimage to Israel, but instead of visiting the holy sites, I and a group of tourists (about 34 people) received a tour of the Israeli prison.

Iryna Teodeivna was very confident that having bought a tour in their company, there will be no problems when entering Israel, because the company's employees accompany their customers at every step. Only that all at the airport of Borispol paid 50 dollars more. And so having collected 1700 dollars, Andrey having decided that his duties as the head of group, on it ended, therefore at the Ben-Gurion airport he simply "threw" all group at random.

He was the first to go through passport control, after his conversation with airport staff, the whole group was immediately taken for an interview. when we were allowed to get to the hotel ourselves, he and the priest went somewhere and we never saw him again. I later found out that the company used to be involved in illegal transportation to work, so the airport staff suspected everyone who traveled with this company. Our passports were confiscated and kept at the airport until the morning, then taken to prison, and then sent back to Ukraine. Of course, we immediately applied to the director of the travel agency for a refund for services not provided, but she refused (only a few people returned $ 50), and unused funds for the hotel the company misappropriated.

In order to prevent people from complaining, Iryna Teodeivna assured people that this was the first time this had happened to their firm, and that the firm would hire a lawyer and sue the Israeli Border Guard. She also said that the actions of airport staff are unacceptable and that if we want to get our money back and want our entry ban lifted, we have to sign another contract (the contract stated that we have to pay for a lawyer)

A year and a half has passed since then, but nothing has been returned to anyone, only the number of people abandoned by these scoundrels has increased (new reviews of trips with these scammers appear on the Internet every time). why such "professionals" are not deprived of a license?
