In general, I liked the work of the girl who served us ... she explained everything well ... but she misinformed us about something ... for example, she said that calls at the reception are free in Bulgaria, and they turned out to be paid ...
I also did not like the fact that when I asked how many years they have been working in the tourism market, I heard hostility and rudeness from the boss of the girl who heard my question. I don't understand what's wrong with wanting to be sure of my safety.
