Blatant illiteracy and incompetence. I turned to the Federal Migration Service of Rostov for help in obtaining a foreign passport of the Russian Federation - they said: “No problem!”. We made a contract and paid for everything. No progress for a month, wrote to the director (owner?) Anna. She promised to take matters into her own hands. After “personal control”, the matter did not move one iota. With enviable tenacity, an application was sent (with errors) on the website of public services and returned back with comments. Stupidly sent again without corrections.
Bottom line: 48 (!!!!) days were wasted. Run from them!
